Ratso's is a fun summertime bar, the kind you've been to in the Florida Keys, New Orleans & the Caribbean. With generous outdoor spaces, music and a fun crowd. Our patrons are on their way to and from the Jersey shore or just coming to our place to hang out. They're bikers and boaters and a fun loving mixture of oddballs.

 We're looking for fun people who'll fit in with our crowd. If you like to have a good time, you're quick with a joke and a comeback and you can think on your feet you're the person we're looking for. 

Bartenders full & part time

The bartenders are what make the bar. They're the reason the patrons keep coming back. So we only hire the best. 

We're looking for attractive, energetic women with a quick wit and a lot of attitude. Bartenders need to have experience in a fast paced bar atmosphere and know how to 'harass' the customers without taking the joke too far. A successful bartender in our place is a wise ass, smart aleck, wit, joker, comedienne and above all, outgoing. To the customers you need to be larger than life.

Can you make pouring drinks an art form?

Waitresses full & part time

Just as the bartenders make the bar, the waitresses rule the floor. The good one's will have a flock of regulars who come in and ask for them - and the tips to prove it.

We're looking for the same attributes in our waitresses as in our bartenders: attractive, energetic women with a quick wit and a lot of attitude. Waitresses need to have experience in a fast paced atmosphere and know how to 'harass' the customers without taking the joke too far. A successful waitress in our place is a wise ass, smart aleck, wit, joker, comedienne and above all, outgoing. This job is part performance and part waitressing. If you get it you'll love the tips!

Bar Backs

We need guys who are experienced in a fast moving bar atmosphere, who can pitch in wherever needed - even on the bar if needed. You'll need to be in good shape to handle a physical job that includes running kegs to all points of our 10,000 square foot restaurant.

Cooks

Experienced restaurant line cooks who can fill-in as bar backs when needed.

Security Friday, Saturday & Sunday only

We need experienced security personnel who understand the difference between rowdy fun and out of control. We're looking for restrained, mature individuals. Law enforcement experience will be considered a plus.
